Subject: Justin Timberlake Nudes!Lily, you predictable perv. I knew you’d open this email faster if I tempted you with a glimpse of JT’s “PP”. Well, put your pants back on and grab some bubbly because I have much better news to share.
I GOT A JOB!
As of tomorrow, I’ll be the new executive assistant at Lorena Lefray Designs. I am SO excited, but there’s one itty bitty problem: I won’t be Lorena’s assistant. I’ll be working for her older brother, Julian.
I know what you’re thinking- “But Jo, what’s the problem?”
Google him. Now. He’s the man in the fitted navy suit whose face reminds you that there’s hope yet for this cruel, ugly world. Keep scrolling…Do you see those dimples? Yup. That’s the Julian Lefray I will be reporting to tomorrow morning.
Lord, help us all…
XO,
Jo

Thoughts
And R.S Grey saves the day! You may have seen my previous post in which I was on a mission to find a romantic read. I can now say mission accomplished! This book just totally hit the spot. I loved every page.
Story
Jo moves from Texas to New York to pursue a career in the fashion industry. She lands a job at Lefray Designs as Julian’s assistant. Julian is looking after his sister’s business whilst she is in rehab and hires Jo to help him revamp the company’s image.
From the word go this book had me smiling. The relationship development is super sweet I loved the interaction between the two main characters and how well the clicked together. I also really enjoyed the build up to them finally getting it on!
There were some really funny moments in this story, one of which involved Jo being invited to her landladies birthday party, (that she brought Julian too) which turned out to be a swingers party!
This book was told from both Jo’s and Julian’s perspective.
Characters
I thought Jo’s character was very relatable, she’s just moved to a brand new city and has no friends and is struggling to pay bills. After meeting Julian she spends a lot of the time fighting her feelings for him because she doesn’t want to lose her job.
Julian – he is such a sweetheart! Ah, he is just one of those guys that are just the right amount of perfect, because he is imperfect! I love how was with Jo, he embraced all of her quirks but I think that the most attractive trait he had was his sense of humor!

To conclude, this was really good read and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was the perfect mix of romance and comedy! If your looking for something fun and light hearted then definitely give this book a try!
