[Off Topic #2] Vacation, Vacation, Vacation!

In this week’s Off Topic post I’m talking about my next holiday and some of my favorite past vacations.

2012 – Monterey / Carmel

Back in 2012, I spent 2 glorious weeks in Monterey and Carmel. I had been wanting to visit there since I read the Mediator Series by Meg Cabot and it was so much better that I could have ever have anticipated. I was hands down one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. It’s such a beautiful place to visit.

2013-  Los Angeles and San Francisco

When we visited Monterey we saw a little bit of San Francisco so and knew we had to go back and see more so for our honeymoon we decided to do a road trip from LA up to San Francisco. I’d have to say that one of the highlights of this holiday was driving along highway 1, it’s the most beautiful road I’ve ever been on. We also did the usual tourist things in both cities. There was so much to see and do!

This Year

Today is 45 days until my next holiday. I’m so looking forward to it. I haven’t been away in over a year and a half.

This year we are a going to Las Vegas to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have been before but it was just for a couple of days so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but we did get see the Grand Canyon which was pretty incredible. Anyway, we decided a trip back as in order.
