๐Ÿ“š The Reading Problems Tag ๐Ÿ“š

I found this tag on Book Tag Index it was created by About to Read to do be sure to check both these sites out.

Lets get on to the questions:

You have 20,000 books on your TBR. How in the world do you decide what to read next?
Ah holy crap, that’s a lot of booksโ€ฆ maybe just do a lucky dip and pick one at random.ย

Youโ€™re halfway through a book and youโ€™re just not loving it. Do you quit or are you committed?
That depends on the storylineโ€ฆ usually, Iโ€™ll persevere once Iโ€™m halfway through a book. ย

The end of the year is coming and youโ€™re so close, but so far away on your Goodreads reading challenge. Do you try to catch up and how?
Apart from reading non – stop I would pick a few shorter books, just get through them a bit quicker.ย

The covers of a series you love do. not. match. How do you cope?
This really wouldnโ€™t bother me that much as long as they fit the story and are pretty I donโ€™t mind them not matching.ย

Everyone and their mother loves a book you really donโ€™t like. Who do you bond with over shared feelings?
Iโ€™m in a book group on facebook with a great bunch of people who are always open to an opposing opinion so Iโ€™d probably rant to them.

Youโ€™re reading a book and you are about to start crying in public. How do you deal?
I’d stop reading and blink rapidly. If I think a book is going to make me cry then Iโ€™d rather do it in the comfort of my own home.ย

A sequel of a book you loved just came out, but youโ€™ve forgotten a lot from the prior novel. Will, you re-read the book? Skip the sequel? Try to find a synopsis on Goodreads? Cry in frustration?!?!?!?
Iโ€™d re-read the book of course! Who doesnโ€™t love a re-read especially if its a book you loved?ย

You do not want anyone. ANYONE. borrowing your books. How do you politely tell people nope when they ask?
Iโ€™d politely explain that I donโ€™t loan out my books because they are my precious!

Youโ€™ve picked up and put down 5 books in the last month. How do you get over your reading slump?
I’d read something that I love, usually, Iโ€™ll go back to an old book by an author that I love and that usually gets me back into reading.

There are so many new books coming out that youโ€™re dying to read! How many do you actually buy?
As many as I can afford or the ones that I want to read the most.

After youโ€™ve bought the new books you canโ€™t wait to get to, how long do they sit on your shelf before you get to them?
Depends on the book, sometimes Iโ€™ll read it right away.ย

Anyway feel free to have ago yourselves and I hope you are all having a great weekend!

Until next time! โœŒ๐Ÿผ
