This is Brenna and Jakes story if you have read the first Brier U story (The Chase) then you may remember Brenna as she made her first appearance here and OMG guys this book is flipping amazing! Elle really has outdone herself.
Brenna is everything that I love in a female lead, fierce, independent and sassy asf! and I love Jake, he is cocky but sweet in equal measure. The banter between these two characters is so on point it made for some really fantastic reading.
The story was engaging and it sucked me in so much it was hard to put it down. I read this in just over a day because I just couldn’t get enough.
So yes, if you enjoyed the chase then this is a must read!
