Ooo this depends on how much I’m disliking it, but in general no, I don’t. The only exception I sometimes make is if it’s an ARC or if it’s by an author I usually like then I do my best to try and push through, but I live by my own motto of “life is to short to read books I don’t like”

I usually try, but with gritted teeth and it’ll take me a while to finish it.
